Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-30
This policy covers purchases of SwordFishSoft desktop apps (for example AIDepthForge for Mac) sold by Chongqing Swordfish Technology Co., Ltd. through our online reseller Paddle.com. The web tools on this site are free and involve no payment.
30-day money-back guarantee
If the app doesn't work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You don't have to give a reason, although it helps us to hear what went wrong.
Before you buy, you can download the free version and check that the app runs on your Mac and handles your files.
How to ask for a refund
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you.
- Or email us at [email protected] with the email address you paid with. We'll pass the request to Paddle.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle processes the refund. The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.
After a refund
A refunded license key is no longer valid and you should stop using it. The free version of the app keeps working.
After 30 days
If something is wrong with the app itself (it doesn't start on a supported Mac, or a documented feature doesn't work and we can't fix it), email us even if the 30 days have passed. We look at those cases individually.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
